    TERMS & CONDITIONS –
    Registration and Participation

    1. These Terms and Conditions apply to all the courses delivered by Nader Butto Ltd., company registration no. 516058781 (hereinafter: the Company). The Company’s registered address is 2 HaShunit St., Herzliya 4655502, Israel (first floor).
    2. The business relations between the parties are as detailed in these Terms and Conditions. Upon registering, the registrant agrees to abide by all the Terms and Conditions in this document. The registrant shall meticulously read these Terms and Conditions prior to registering. The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion.
    3. The course is intended for persons 18 years old and above. When registering for the course, the registrant confirms that they are 18 years old or above.
    4. The course content, price and payment terms are as detailed in the Company’s website.
    5. The registration for the course is based on availability, the Company’s policy and its sole discretion. The company reserves the right to refuse registering an applicant without providing reason or justification.
    6. The registrant hereby declares that their health, both physical and mental, enables them to participate in the course for which they are registering. It here hereby clarified that prior to a Levels  6 and 7 courses the registrant will be required to fill out a detailed health declaration. If any changes in the registrant’s state of health – physical or mental – occur after submitting the health declaration, the registrant undertakes to update the Course Director in writing without delay. Failure on the part of the registrant to update on any such changes will be considered a violation of these Terms and Conditions by them.
    7. If, during the course, the Course Director determines that the registrant is unsuitable for participating in it, for any reason, the Company reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately, at its sole discretion. In such an eventuality, the registrant shall have no cause for personal or legal complaint, and the Company will reimburse the tuition fee that the registrant had paid for that course.
    8. The courses are delivered online via Zoom and/or in face-to-face lessons (depending on the course and at on the Company’s sole discretion).
    9. In addition to the lessons, there is an educational software system that supports the learning process, enables watching the lessons again, reviewing the study material, taking exams and more. Logging into the system is based on a personal username and password. It is forbidden for the registrant to share their username and password with any others.
    10. Participants who successfully complete the course and pass the final exam receive a Course Participant diploma. It is hereby clarified that that this diploma does certify them as a therapist.
    11. Upon successful completion of the certification track and internship, and provided the participant has passed the final exams, they will receive a Certified Therapist in Unified Integrative Medicine certificate issued by Nader Butto Ltd. This certification certifies them to provide individual (one-on-one) therapy only and does not certify them to deliver therapy to multiple participants or to facilitate groups. It is also clarified that due to the different insurance terms and regulations in the various countries around the world, the above certificate is not necessarily recognized in all countries. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the registrant to check this matter with the relevant authorities in the country of their nationality and/or in the country where they are interested in providing therapy and confirm in advance that they are indeed authorized to treat others.
    12. The registrant is solely responsible for keeping track of course updates that are published from time to time in the educational software system and/or on the Company’s website.
    13. It is hereby clarified that all the courses are filmed for pedagogic reasons (such as re-viewing, webinar learning, training, etc.), as well as for marketing and advertising purposes. The Company reserves the right to use still photos and video clips from the course/s in which the registrant has participated within the framework of various marketing activities, at its sole discretion, and the registrant hereby provides their consent to such unrestricted use, without exception and without compensation. This serves to clarify that the face-to-face lessons in modules 6+7 will not be accessible through the learning system.
    14. All the learning material – whether photographed, filmed or written, including diagnostic and treatment methods and the entire unified integrative medicine doctrine developed by Dr. Nader Butto, are copyright protected. It is absolutely forbidden to copy and/or duplicate and/or disseminate and/or broadcast and/or make any other use of the learning material, with the exception of the registrant’s self-learning within the framework of the course that they had registered and paid for, and which they had participated in.
    15. The Company reserves the right to discontinue and/or cancel a course for any reason or without reason, at its sole discretion. In the event that the Company cancels a course, the registrant will receive full reimbursement of the payment made for the cancelled course.
    16. The registrant hereby agrees that their details will be kept in the Company’s database, including for sending announcements and/or marketing and advertising material, and waives any claim they may have against the company with respect to the above. The Company may permit access to the information in its database and/or transfer the data to third parties and/or make use of the data for processing payment and for statistical purposes.
    17. It is hereby clarified that the Unified Integrative Medicine method is an alternative medicine method. The content of the Company’s website and/or of its courses and/or its diagnostic and treatment methods shall not be considered as replacing consultation with a certified physician.
    18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute shall be brought before the District Court of Tel Aviv, Israel.
    19. Cancellation policy covering online courses, face-to-face lessons and retreats:
    • Cancelling registration of an on-line course shall be done a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days prior to the course commencement date, and shall qualify the registrant for reimbursement of the tuition fee, less a 50 euro (fifty euro) cancellation fee, which cover administrative handling and are not part of the tuition fee. This part (50 euro) will not be reimbursed.
    • Cancelling registration of a face-to-face course shall be done a minimum of 14 (fourteen) business days prior to the course commencement date, and shall qualify the registrant for reimbursement of the tuition fee, less a 250 euro (two hundred fifty euro) cancellation fee, which cover administrative handling and are not part of the tuition fee. This part (250 euro) will not be reimbursed.
    • Cancellation of registration for an online course less than 14 from the course commencement date shall qualify the registrant for reimbursement of 50% of the tuition fee paid for that course.
    • There will be no reimbursement of the tuition fee in the event of a cancellation of registration for a face-to-face course (course with physical attendance and / or a retreat) less than 14 (fourteen) business days prior to the course commencement date.
    • It is hereby clarified that in any event of cancellation of registration for a course, the registration fee of 50 euros, which cover administrative handling and are not part of the tuition fee, will not be reimbursed.
    • Cancellation of registration for a course shall be done in writing only, and sent to the Company’s email address: [email protected], with the registrant’s full name, telephone number, email address and signature. Any other cancellation method, which is not in writing and does not follow the above instructions, shall not be considered cancellation of registration.
    • For the avoidance of doubt, failure to attend lessons and/or notification by phone and/or oral notification and/or any other means of notification or behavior of the registrant shall not be considered cancellation and/or termination of the business relations. The registrant waives in advance any claim regarding cancellation of a course that was not done as per the instructions above.
    • Each cancellation request will be reviewed by the Company and a response will be given to the registrant within 14 business days to their address, as indicated by the registrant during the registration process and/or the cancellation notification.
