    Nader Bhutto Ltd. (hereinafter: “We”, “the Company”) attaches great importance to protecting the privacy of users and surfers of the site, and undertakes to act in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13 to the law.

    9. Data Protection Officer (DPO)

    In accordance with Amendment 13 to the Law, the Company will appoint a Data Protection Officer whose role is to oversee the implementation of this policy and compliance with the provisions of the Law, as well as to serve as an address for inquiries regarding privacy issues.

    The Officer acts independently and is not subject to a conflict of interest in the context of his or her duties.

    10. Database Registration

    In accordance with Amendment 13, the obligation to register databases will only apply in cases where the database is intended for the sale of information, or when it includes information on more than 100,000 data subjects.

    The Company will act in accordance with the law and report to the Privacy Protection Authority about its databases as required.

    11. Enforcement and Sanctions

    Amendment 13 to the Law grants the Privacy Protection Authority extensive enforcement powers, including imposing administrative fines and requiring the correction of deficiencies.

    In addition, the law allows the injured party to file a civil lawsuit and receive compensation of up to 10,000 NIS even without proof of damage.

    The Company considers it very important to fully comply with the provisions of the law and to maintain public trust.

    12. Changes to the Policy

    The Company reserves the right to update the Privacy Policy from time to time, in accordance with regulatory changes or for operational purposes.

    The latest version will be published on the website and will enter into force immediately upon publication.

    Use of the website after the policy has been updated constitutes consent to the updated version.
