The Importance of Vitality for Our Health and Lifestyle

An emotional and physical state that does not serve us is the result of two factors occurring simultaneously:

First — a low level of vitality, which affects muscle tension and the vitality of the cell. To help our bodily system remain in a state of high vitality, Dr. Nader Butto recommends regularly following the guidelines for increasing and maintaining vitality.

Second — a crisis or event that has not been processed or completed. In such a case, we are required to process the event, internalize its lesson, and complete the process of becoming whole. This can be done in various ways; according to Dr. Butto, treatment within Unified Integrative Medicine is the best way to implement this. As part of the service, we make it available to the public. Dr. Butto has prepared a personal guideline leaflet whose purpose is to raise and maintain our vitality on an ongoing basis as part of our lifestyle.

Summary of the Guidelines for Increasing and Maintaining Vitality:

    1. Drink freshly squeezed hard‑vegetable juices (not a smoothie), at least 250 ml per day (up to 1 liter).
    2. Sun exposure for 15 minutes daily (Vitamin D).
    3. Go to sleep at 22:00 (10:00 p.m.).
    4. Men — practice orgasm without ejaculation (see separate guideline leaflet for men).
    5. Women — practice using the “Chinese egg” (jade egg) (see separate guideline leaflet for women).
    6. Anaerobic exercise (muscle strengthening).
    7. Aerobic exercise (improving cardiovascular endurance).
    8. Self-energetic wash before sleep (5 minutes).
    9. Consume beef bone soup (bone broth).
